Bleaching
We have the option of bleaching on either the state-of-art open with continuous bleaching plant or traditional keir bleaching system. We consider having both these options very important as this gives us the choice of bleaching method depending on the quality of fabric and client requirements.
Stitching
an average capacity to process up to 250,000 meters of fabric per month. The product line is customized to manufacture products of various styles and sizes according to the requirements of our customers. Our usual made-ups include bed sheets, hospital linen, curtains, underlay, pocketing and other home textiles.
Packaging
We normally inspect the fabrics three times: grey fabrics checking/ mending at weaving units, second checking/screening of grey fabrics at warehouse and thirdly piece to piece checking/ grading after processing. For made-ups, we have a team of skilled workers who inspect the goods before packing. This is why we ship to our customers with our upmost guarantee of satisfaction. In case of any concerns that rarely arise shipped goods can be replaced for any issues that may arise.
